Acceptance of Terms
When you access this site, you acknowledge that you have read and that you agree to the terms described below. If you do not agree to the terms outlined here, you should exit the site and refrain from placing an order.

Contract, Payment and Delivery
Orders will be accepted by Just Bead It, for delivery in New Zealand and Australia only. Payment is to be made in NZ currency. Any contract arising from this site is governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Product Availability
Products may be added to or removed from the website from time to time. While we do not accept liability for any loss arising, every effort will be made to keep the information up to date and accurate.

Orders, Price and Payment
All prices on this website are shown in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Prices may increase or decrease from time to time. Prices shown at the time of purchase are the prices you will pay. You must pay by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or direct bank credit (within NZ). We will not accept cash on delivery.

Security
The Just Bead It payment processing module operates on SSL secure ordering system. SSL technology, which encrypts (scrambles) your information whenever we are receiving or transferring your details on our site. When making an online purchase a small padlock symbol will appear on your screen. This indicates that the SSL security system is operating throughout your transaction. This encrypting ensures that your details can not be read by, or altered by outside influences.

You can submit your details including credit card numbers with confidence. We ask that the credit card provided is that of the same person who is ordering the products. For your security, payments are processed via a secure connection to DPS.

Delivery
Delivery charges will be added to each order and shown as a separate item before you chose to enter your payment details and send the order to be processed. Within New Zealand we charge a delivery fee of minimum NZ $2.70. Orders from elsewhere attract a higher freight charge, calculated at time of purchase. However in some remote or isolated areas an additional delivery charge and delivery time may be required. Should your order incur an additional charge, we will advise you prior to processing your order.

Title and risk
Goods are at our risk until delivered to the address given for your purchase. Once goods have been delivered and signed for as being received in good condition, the liability becomes that of the signer. We may deliver each item ordered separately if we chose for supply or other reasons. If this is the case you will not incur any extra delivery cost.

Returns and refunds
Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind. If you wish to return a faulty product, you must contact us by phoning +64 7 859 2276 or email us at info@justbeadit.co.nz within 5 days of the date of your invoice. Freight will be refunded where the product is faulty or arrived damaged.

Warranties
Just Bead It will repair or replace any goods, which fail to comply with Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Limitation of liability
Just Bead It are not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or loss of profit arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the products on this site. This includes but is not limited to the loss of data or loss of profit, even if Just Bead It was advised of the possibility of such damages.
