This e-commerce store was born with the desire to reach lots of our customers more easily and add new ones as they discover the treats we have to offer. Initially we are offering a basic range of products which will be added to as more viable items become available.

The highlight of this new website are our bead jewellery kits which have been produced on a glossy easy to keep brochure, featuring simple instructions and step-by-step photographs which we know you will love. The “Create your own” kitsets are available in necklaces, bracelets, bookmarks, party packs for birthdays and kids kits. They are designed to be easy enough for people of any skill level. Keep watching as we add more exciting designs in the future.

How to Order

Online : At Just bead it you can order online safely and easily by clicking on “buy now” and going straight to the checkout. If you login with a username and password, the website will remember your previous orders and you can view those details at any time.

We do not retain your credit card details on file. The personal information you submit when ordering online is treated as confidential.
Once you have ordered you will receive an email to confirm this and your order will be processed within 48 hours. If there is any delay we will contact you.

Phone or fax: You may also order by phone or fax by calling 07 859 2276 (overseas +64 7857 2276) between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, NZ time.

Payment

All prices are in NZ dollars - please use this currency converter to see what that is in your local currency.

Online: We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards through our NZ preferred gateway provider DPS system.

Bank deposit: We can accept direct payment by internet banking. Please select the bank deposit option at the checkout. Once the deposit is cleared we will courier your order.

Delivery

New Zealand
We deliver throughout NZ using Fastway Courier and NZ Courier. Both options are tracked and require a signature for safety. Please allow 1-2 working days and rural delivery takes slightly longer. The cost is $2.7 for packages less than 500g and $5.00 for packages larger than 500g. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Overseas
Overseas orders will be sent by International economy courier taking 2-6 working days or International Air parcel taking 1-5 working days. The cost will vary according to the weight and size of the parcel and where it is going. This will be calculated for you at the checkout.

There may be extra insurance charges for orders over a certain value.

Return & Exchange policy
We want you to love your purchase and your satisfaction is very important to us so we will make every effort to correct any mistakes and to ensure you get the product you want. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it please do so within 14 days of purchase. It must be returned with a copy of the invoice, unused, in good condition and in its original packaging. Include a quick note explaining the reason for the return. If possible it will be exchanged or you will be issued with a credit which can be used in our shop or on another online purchase. Sorry we cannot credit the shipping charges if you change your mind.

All efforts are made to ensure your order is processed carefully and correctly, however from time to time mistakes do occur. If the goods you purchased are incorrect, faulty or damaged please contact us and we will replace them right away or you will be issued with a credit which can be used in our shop or on another online purchase. Please return the damaged item with the original invoice by courier and retain the postage receipt so that these charges can be refunded to you.

Gift Vouchers

We are pleased to offer ecommerce gift vouchers, which are available in $10, $20 and $50 amounts. Please select the gift voucher option at the checkout. You will need to spend the full amount of the voucher as no change will be given.

Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed on classes or services, only on products.

Please note that the gift vouchers have an expiry date of 6 months.
